1972: Professor Waldman graduates from Rutgers SSW's MSW program with a concentration in Social Work Administration. Little does he know he will go on to teach over 50 classes at Rutgers SSW.

1989-1998: Professor Waldman serves as three-time Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Human Services under Governors Thomas Kean, Jim Florio, and Christine Todd Whitman.
